AELIZA offers worldwide shipping.
Please allow up to 3 working days for your order to be dispatched. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information by email.
UK: 3–5 working days
EUROPE: 5–10 working days
REST OF THE WORLD: 10–15 working days
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, courier delays or circumstances outside our control.
CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or additional charges applied to international orders.
These charges are determined by the destination country and are not included in the price paid to AELIZA.
PRE-ORDERS AND MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS
Pre-order and made-to-order items may have different production and dispatch times. The estimated delivery period will be stated on the relevant product page.
Where an order contains both available and pre-order items, the products may be dispatched separately.
Items made specifically to a customer’s measurements or personalised for them may not be eligible for cancellation or return unless they are faulty.
RETURNS
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to return the item.
Returned items must be unworn, unused and in their original condition, with all tags and original packaging included.
To request a return, contact info@aeliza.com with your order number before sending the item back.
Customers are responsible for the cost and safe return of unwanted items.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as AELIZA cannot accept responsibility for returns lost or damaged in transit.
Items that have been worn, used, washed, altered or damaged after delivery may not be accepted.
No returns or exchanges on discounted sale items.
REFUNDS
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of AELIZA receiving the returned item or receiving evidence that it has been sent back.
Original standard delivery charges will be refunded where required by law. Any additional charges paid for express or upgraded delivery are not refundable.
AELIZA cannot refund customs duties or import taxes. Customers should contact their local customs authority regarding any potential reimbursement.
EXCHANGES
We are unable to guarantee direct exchanges because stock is limited.

Where an exchange cannot be arranged, you may return the original item and place a new order.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact info@aeliza.com as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.
Where an item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect, AELIZA will arrange an appropriate repair, replacement or refund and cover reasonable return costs.
Your statutory rights are not affected.

When you place an order, join our mailing list, contact us or use this website, we may collect information including your name, email address, billing and delivery addresses, telephone number, order history and device or browsing information.
